Shipping & Delivery

For the transportation of Roto blinds, we use only the services of the well-known shipping company DPD. Please note that your order must be paid for before it can be processed – you can pay securely by credit card or PayPal.

Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is £25.00. However, you can currently benefit from our promotion: If you spend more than £400, delivery is absolutely FREE!

We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

Delivery Period

The delivery time is always displayed below the price on each product page.

On each product page, just below the price, you will find information about the expected delivery time. Roto blinds are typically delivered within 11–12 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The price shown does not include UK import VAT (20%). For orders to the UK, VAT will be collected by the carrier (DPD) upon delivery. There are no hidden fees – you will receive a notification (via SMS or email) from DPD with payment details before delivery.

If You Are Not at Home

If the recipient is not at home when the courier arrives, a notification will usually be left with the date of the next delivery and the courier’s contact number. If the recipient is also absent during the second attempt, the courier will leave another message with the address where the package can be collected in person. The recipient has one week to collect the parcel before it is returned to us. Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues, but this is rare and beyond our control.

Damage During Transport

If you suspect that the package has been damaged during transport, please inspect it in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If the packaging shows visible damage suggesting possible harm to the contents, please do not accept the package. In such cases, please note the damage on the delivery document and contact us immediately at sales@rotoblinds.co.uk. If damage is not indicated on the delivery document, we will not be able to accept a complaint regarding damaged contents.
