Can I pay with a credit card?
Of course – you can pay by VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, or Discover card.
Important: To pay by credit card, simply select the credit card payment method on the PayPal site and follow the on-screen instructions. The process is 100% secure and straightforward. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card!
How can I find the size and name plate data of my Roto window?
You can find the type and size of your roof window here.
Do you ship Roto blinds to the USA or Australia?
No. We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.
What is the shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost is £25.00 per order (excluding VAT). However, if you order more than £400, delivery is absolutely FREE! We only use reputable carriers for shipping our blinds. For RotoBlinds.co.uk, DPD will deliver your order directly to your door.
Why are your prices shown as net (excluding VAT)?
We are a company based in the European Union. Due to tax regulations, UK VAT (20%) must be paid to the DPD courier before delivery. But don’t worry – it’s a very simple process – before delivery, DPD will send you a payment link via SMS or email.
What is your delivery time?
On each product page, just below the price, you will find information about the expected delivery time. Roto blinds are usually delivered within 11–12 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Do you provide customer support?
Yes, we are happy to help. If you cannot find an answer, simply email us at sales@rotoblinds.co.uk.
Can I contact you by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not offer telephone support. Please contact our Customer Service by email using the address above or our contact form.
I received my Roto blinds, but I do not like the colour. Can I return or exchange them?
No. All Roto blinds from RotoBlinds.co.uk are manufactured to your individual order by Roto Frank and are non-returnable products.
I ordered an item, but the delivery time has passed and I have not received it. What should I do?
Please contact us using our contact form. We will check with the courier regarding the status of your package. Please note that delivery times may sometimes be slightly longer than stated on our site, but we always dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
I think I am not receiving emails from your store.
Please check your spam or junk folders, as our emails are sometimes incorrectly classified. We always reply as soon as possible.
Please also note that our working hours are 10 am – 6 pm Warsaw time (GMT+1), Monday to Friday. Customer Service is unavailable outside these hours and on public holidays. All emails received during these times will be answered on the next working day.
