1. Contract of Sale
The contract of sale and delivery of products is concluded between the User and Rotoblinds.co.uk.
2. Intellectual Property
All trade names, product names, company names and their logos used on the Rotoblinds.co.uk website belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. All materials, descriptions and images presented on the website are the property of Roto Frank AG.
3. Acceptance and Implementation of Orders
By using Rotoblinds.co.uk, you accept these Terms & Conditions. To place an order, you must confirm and accept:
- That you are over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract
- These Terms & Conditions
- The prices and costs as specified in your order
- That we collect and process your personal data (name, address, phone number, email) for order fulfilment
- That payment data may be transmitted securely for order processing
- That the agreement is governed by Polish law, subject to your UK consumer rights
Minor colour discrepancies may occur. We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects the true colour.
Orders can be placed 24/7. We reserve the right to restrict access to the store for important reasons (e.g. security, technical issues).
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and the contract. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to electronic communication issues beyond our control.
4. Prices, VAT and Minimum Order Value
All prices displayed on Rotoblinds.co.uk are net prices (exclusive of UK VAT).
Important for UK customers: We are a company registered in the European Union. For orders shipped to the UK, you as the customer are responsible for paying UK import VAT (currently 20%) directly to the courier (DPD) before delivery. You will receive a notification from DPD (via SMS or email) with payment instructions. There are no hidden fees from our side.
Minimum order value: Due to UK tax and customs regulations, the minimum order value is £136 (excluding delivery costs). Orders below this value cannot be processed.
If you do not pay the required VAT to DPD, your parcel will not be delivered and may be returned to us. For more details, see our delivery page.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

5. Payments and Product Delivery
We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer.
Payment can be made via PayPal or by credit/debit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover). Payment details are processed securely. For current payment methods, see https://rotoblinds.co.uk/payment/.
For orders containing multiple products to be delivered together, the dispatch time will depend on the item with the longest lead time, unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise stated, we will deliver your order within 30 days of order confirmation. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
6. Consumer Rights and Custom-Made Products
As a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If a delivered product is defective, notify us promptly. You are entitled to free repair or replacement unless this would impose disproportionate costs on us.
Right to Cancel – Exclusion for Custom-Made Products: Please note that all original Roto blinds sold by Rotoblinds.co.uk are custom-made to your individual order and produced to your specifications. According to UK law, the right to cancel and return goods within 14 days does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products, unless they are faulty or not as described. These products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded unless defective.
If your custom-made product is faulty or not as described, we will arrange collection at our cost and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
If you are entitled to a refund due to a fault or error on our part, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence of its return, using the same payment method as your original order.
7. Guarantee and Complaints
We provide a two-year warranty for Roto Frank products purchased from Rotoblinds.co.uk.
To make a complaint, contact us at sales@rotoblinds.co.uk with your order number, full name, proof of purchase (invoice), and a description of the issue.
Faulty products will be collected by our courier (usually DPD). The courier will contact you to arrange pickup. We will send the product to the manufacturer and cover all related costs.
You must make the faulty product available for collection. If you do not cooperate, we may withhold shipment of a replacement.
We are responsible for damage caused during transport. In case of visible damage, do not accept the parcel and note the damage on the delivery document. Contact us immediately. Claims for transport damage require a signed damage protocol with the courier.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as required by UK law.
Your data is used only for order fulfilment and, with your consent, for marketing purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
You may request deletion of your store account at any time. Your data will be deleted immediately or after completion of outstanding orders.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary for order fulfilment or as required by law.
9. General Provisions
We may update these Terms & Conditions for legal or operational reasons. You will be notified of any significant changes at least 7 days in advance via our website or by email. Continued use of the website after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except for liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law, subject to your mandatory UK consumer rights. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts, unless otherwise required by UK law.
